梁国进,深圳理工大学助理教授,于香港城市大学获博士学位,获得广东省珠江计划青年拔尖人才、深圳市海外高层次人才称号。面向新型储能材料和技术的国家重大需求,围绕水系离子电池和液流电池体系中高能量电极材料可逆性差、电极/电解液界面材料稳定性差等关键科学问题,解析储能电池中电荷传输存储行为,建立与宏观电化学性能关联性,开发出一系列高性能长寿命水系电池材料及器件。连续入选2022-2024年度全球前2%顶尖科学家、2023-2024年度科睿唯安全球高被引科学家。以第一/通讯作者身份发表 40 余篇高水平SCI论文,包括 Nat. Rev. Mater.、 Nat. Nanotech. 、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Energy Environ. Sci.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.‌、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Sci.等材料与能源期刊。申请 16 项专利,其中已授权中国专利 2 项,美国专利 4 项。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金项目等多项。
